How Automatic Refills work

When you select "Save 20% with Automatic Refills" at checkout, you're enrolling in a Ferritas subscription. Your bottle(s) are automatically dispatched every 4 weeks from your previous order date at the discounted subscription price shown at checkout, with free shipping on every refill. Your payment method is stored securely by Stripe and charged at each renewal. By enrolling, you authorize these recurring charges.

Renewal reminders

We'll email you a reminder before each renewal so there are no surprises. Please make sure the email address on your order is correct and check your spam or promotions folders.

Pausing, skipping or cancelling

You can pause, skip a delivery, change your quantity, or cancel at any time before your next scheduled renewal date:

• Through the "Manage subscription" link in your subscription confirmation or renewal email
• By emailing [email protected] with your order number

Cancellation requests received before the renewal date take effect immediately and you won't be charged again. Requests received after a refill has already been charged or dispatched take effect from the following cycle; that shipment is covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Subscription refunds

Every subscription shipment is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the same conditions as one-time orders – see the Refund & Returns Policy for details.

Price changes

If we ever change the subscription price, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it applies. You can cancel before then at no cost.
