Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here's how we handle order changes and cancellations.

Changing your order

If you need to update your shipping address, quantity or bundle, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to make the change if your order hasn't entered processing. Once an order is being processed we can't guarantee changes.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled only before they've been processed or shipped – we process within 2 business days, so please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled; you can return it under our Refund & Returns Policy once it arrives.

Refunds for cancelled orders

If your cancellation is confirmed before processing, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Automatic Refills can be paused or cancelled any time before your next renewal date – see our Subscription Policy for details.

Order status updates

You'll receive an email when your order is confirmed, changed, cancelled or shipped. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct and check your spam or promotions folders.
